    3. From the Main menu select “Help” and than “License Tool”.
    4. Click “Install a new license” and go to the folder that contains the new licence.xbin and select the licence file.
    Tip: You can also use License Tool’s “Search for a new license” feature, it will automatically search your computer for a valid license file.

    Note: There is no need to open the license file, just save it to your computer. Your computer will not be able to open the license file, this is normal.

    Thank you Jang Juno & MaceCraft For the freebie. I am having problems with the registry cleaner. I can delete or fix all files Except "Useless File Extensions", i cannot fix nor delete any of those files. It almost looks like it's searching for something not there to delete. I have sent them a bug file. Thank you both again, Stan

    Is the unlimited licence a permanent licence, or is it just for the usual 12 months. I'm wondering if the lice is useful for me as I already bought JV 16 2011.

    @ David S It's much the same as TU Utilities. Keep and use your licensed version as long as you want, pay to upgrade to the next.

    Fantastic! I was going to request this program in your forum but you beat me to it. Have been happily using version 2009 for, well 2 years I guess. Only use it when I need to eradicate some left over registry entries that even Revo Un-installer has missed on hard to remove software. JV16 Power Tools DOES THE JOB. Very welcome freebie.     As in the past, Macecraft has always allowed users to use or change the licensee's name as it appears in the UI. Any entity can grab credit by simply editing the XBIN file and pushing, for instance, a magazine promo as its own, by making its name appear to be the licensee. I posted my comment in a very well-known (in fact, respected) blog who made a claim to the jv PowerTools 2010 promo, and who lost no time in deleting my comment. I hope Freebiest's credit doesn't get claimed by another that way!
